3.2. In order to make a request regarding the personal data collected and used about him/ her, the Customer has the right to receive it only after submitting a written request. Upon receipt of a request from the data subject regarding the processing of his personal data, the Company must answer whether the personal data related to him are processed and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject's request. At the request of the data subject, such data must be provided in writing.

Final provisions

The controller and the buyer, being the subject of personal data, shall base their cooperation on the principles of fairness and lawfulness.

All notifications related to the processing of personal data are submitted to the Data Controller by e-mail

Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Data Controller shall provide the response to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
