All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the requirements for the processing of personal data established by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to the protection of personal data, from 25 May 2018 – the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).

Data processor – service providers who provide services (perform works) and process your data on behalf of UAB "Boksas visi" as a data controller. Data processors have the right to process personal data only in accordance with our instructions and only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the obligations set out in the contract.

The data subject is a customer – a natural person who has purchased or ordered services from UAB "Boksas visi"

'Personal data' means any information relating to a natural person, a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly established by means of data such as a personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics specific to a person.

Processing of personal data means any act performed on personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, merging, changing (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and / or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction or other action or set of actions.

What personal data we collect and why we do it

Norint aktyvuotį savo narystę sporto klube UAB „Boksas visiems” adresu Kalvarijų g. 143, turite pateikti savo piršto antspaudą, kuris bus naudojamas praėjimo kontrolės metu. Norint pirkti ir aktyvuoti narystę, privalote pateikti šią informaciją:

1. Name;
2. Surname;
3. E-mail address;
4. Date of birth
5. Mobile phone number.
6. Fingerprint(only for adults, after reaching the age of majority)

3.2. Without providing the necessary personal data, you will not be able to carry out the purchase process, and we will not be able to sell you a club membership or provide services.

www.cityboxing.lt and self-service terminal in the sports club receives personal data from the data subjects themselves. All these personal data are obtained only with the consent of the person. By registering on the www.cityboxing.lt website during the purchase process, you confirm that the personal data you have provided is accurate and correct.

If the customer does not agree to present his fingerprint, there is an opportunity, for an additional fee, to receive a card of passage through the control turnstiles.

What we use your personal data for

Your data may be used for the following purposes:

1. To provide the services you want to purchase.
2. You should be contacted if there is a need to do so.
3. Control over your passage control of the gym.

Marketing: from time to time we will contact you with information about new workouts or a change in training schedule. We will also offer you special promotions. However, you can also refuse to receive these offers or at any time in the signature to us to refuse to receive emails or SMS.

We will process your personal data only if there is a legal basis for doing so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons why we collected your personal data and what we use it for.

Only persons aged 16 or over may give their consent. Younger children require the consent of the child's parents or legal guardians.

We may ask you to upload a copy of the health certificate to your account or send it by e-mail info@cityboxing.lt when you register a minor child with a sports club.

UAB "Boksas visi" uses tracking software that tracks the habits of customers visiting the website and its use. Based on the tracking results, we can create a more convenient website design and layout and offer you the most relevant offers. This software does not collect any personal customer information.

9.1. The Data Controller has the right to independently amend the Regulations in part or in full by notifying the www.cityboxing.lt website. Additions or amendments to the Regulations take effect from the moment of their publication in the online store www.cityboxing.lt.

Your rights

You have the right to:

2. access to your data and how they are processed (right of access)
3. to request the rectification or, taking into account the purposes of the processing of personal data, to supplement the incomplete personal data of a person (right to rectification)
4. destroy your data or suspend the processing of your data (except for storage) (the right to destroy and the right to "be forgotten")
5. to require the Controller of Personal Data to restrict the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restrict)
6. the right to object to the processing of his personal data or to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time in order to process personal data for one or more specific purposes, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal of consent.

In order to make a request regarding the personal data collected and used about him/ her, the Customer has the right to receive it only after submitting a written request. Upon receipt of a request from the data subject regarding the processing of his personal data, the Company must answer whether the personal data related to him are processed and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject's request. At the request of the data subject, such data must be provided in writing.

Final provisions

The controller and the buyer, being the subject of personal data, shall base their cooperation on the principles of fairness and lawfulness.

Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Data Controller shall provide the response to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
