Boxing isn't just about fighting an opponent. Like every sport, this is, first of all, a struggle with oneself. Coaches are there to understand the athlete, his desires and goals. It is worth noting that boxing is perfect for improving the general state of health and psychological well-being. Exercises prevailing in training strengthen the cardiovascular, respiratory systems. A training-type fight (sparring) is allowed only with sufficient preparation and desire. Boxing training in Vilnius performs various exercises that improve physical, technical and tactical preparation. Boxing bags, speed pears, ropes, functional belts, heaving balls, inventory for coordination and dexterity will definitely not make you bored!

VISION

City Boxing and Fitness Club was founded in Vilnius in 2013 by young, but competent coaches. Their modern, modern and responsible approach encourages them to understand and love the sport of boxing. The main vision was and remains to show the public that boxing is suitable for everyone! More and more people of all ages, genders and physical abilities are joining boxing training. Coaches take into account the goals and needs of each visitor and help them achieve them. Boxing training for girls, men, children is a great way to get stronger physically and experience positive emotions.

FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

In order to achieve the goals set, not only the athlete must be disciplined, but the atmosphere in the sports club must be appropriate. Coaches are interested in the athlete fulfilling their wishes, so they control that each member respects each other and tries to avoid injuries. Thus, our club has a positive, friendly but "working" atmosphere.

BOXING HALL

City Boxing salės įrengtos pagal naujausias tendencijas remiantis Vakarų Europos ir JAV patirtimi, kur boksas labai populiarus sportas. Salėje įrengta minkšta grindų danga, kas mažina traumų tikimybę bei nereikalingą apkrovą sąnariams. Bokso maišai, greičio kriaušės, šokdynės, pasunkinti kamuoliai, svarmenys, štangos, skersinis, vikrumo bei galios didinimo inventorius. Persirengimo kambariai, bei dušai, kur galėsite ramiai nusiprausti po treniruotės.

Tai padaryti labai paprasta. Tereikia įsigyti bandomąją 3-jų kartų narystę. Narystė aktyvuojasi per 1 valandą. Gausi el. laišką su piršto antspaudo aktyvacijos kodu, kurio pagalba pateksi į sporto klubą. Atvykti gali į bet kurią grupinę treniruotę nurodytą tvarkaraštyje, asmeninę treniruotę arba sportuoti savarankiškai.
